• Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an automated email acknowledging receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Acceptance of your order occurs when the product is dispatched.

• Pricing & Availability: All prices are displayed on the site and are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive for complete accuracy, errors may occur. If a pricing error is discovered after you place an order, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order before dispatch.

2. Payment

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using one of our accepted payment methods (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal).

• By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

3. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times and rates are governed by our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery dates are non-binding estimates, and we are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

• Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched.

• Returns: We offer a 14-day return policy on eligible items. Products must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for detailed instructions.

5. Limitation of Liability NORDELLE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use purchased products, beyond the purchase price of the item itself.
